  3. Processing purposes, the legal basis for processing

    Upon submission through the Website’s contact form, email, or other correspondence methods, the Controller retains and utilizes the personal information provided by the User (e.g., name, surname, email or postal address, phone number, personal messages) to carry out or conclude the relevant service provision agreement.

    Processing this data enables the Controller to identify clients, assess solvency, prepare and conclude contracts, verify contract completion, maintain service operations, provide customer service, handle applications and objections, process payments, and fulfill other duties directly related to contract execution or performance.

    Data processing is justified under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, which allows processing necessary for the performance of a contract. In addition, processing is supported under Germany’s BDSG (§26) and TDDDG (§25), Sweden’s Electronic Communications Act (Chapter 6, Section 18) with the Data Protection Act, and the Netherlands’ Telecommunicatiewet (Article 11.7a(1)), ensuring compliance with EU and national law.

    In acquiring and using personal data, the Controller engages external service providers who strictly adhere to the Controller’s directives as outlined in the contract. The Controller maintains ongoing oversight of these providers.

    The data subjects include the Controller’s current, former, and potential clients.

  7. Transfer of data outside the European Union

    The Controller does not transfer personal data outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Processing in countries where the Controller conducts business activities is performed in full compliance with applicable EU and national laws, with appropriate safeguards in place if required.

  8. Data retention period

    Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Unless otherwise required by law, such as accounting or legal obligations, personal data will be deleted within three months of completing the original purpose for processing.

  9. Access to the data subject to personal data

    The data subject is entitled to access access their personal data within one month of submitting the request. Requests to exercise these rights can be made in person at the Controller’s legal address (with a valid ID) or electronically via email, signed with a secure electronic signature.

    Upon receiving the User’s request to exercise their rights, the Controller verifies the User’s identity, assesses the request, and executes it in compliance with regulatory requirements.

    The user has the right to receive information specified in regulatory acts concerning their data processing, the right to request access to their personal data, and the right to request the Controller to supplement, correct, or delete their data, restrict its processing, or object to processing, except where these rights conflict with the purpose of data processing (contract conclusion or performance).

    In cases where the disclosure of information is prohibited by law in matters concerning national security, state defense, public security, criminal law, or for safeguarding state financial interests in tax matters or overseeing financial market participants and conducting macroeconomic analysis, the data subject does not have the right to receive such information.
